Background and History
SecureScout SP Ticketing Interface is made to be able to interface with any Ticketing System that will accept emails. RT (Request Tracker by BestPractical) is the worlds leading OpenSource Ticketing system on the Unix/Linux platform. The SecureScout team decided to be the first to port RT to the Windows Platform and "WinRT by SecureScout" was born.

Windows Request Tracker
The SecureScout WinRT installer is a complete turnkey selfcontained setup.exe file for Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows 2003. The Setup contains everything that you need including a runtime version of MySql, Perl and Apache for Windows. The package is completed with a special service for receiving emails correctly into RT.

The WinRT tools are free of charge.
